- 1. Be respectful
Treat other collectors the way you'd want to be treated. No harassment, hate speech or personal attacks.
- 2. No scamming or misleading posts
Never misrepresent a card's condition, authenticity or value. If you arrange a trade or sale with another member, be honest and follow through.
- 3. Trades and sales between members are at your own risk
Zardo Cards does not broker, guarantee or refund member-to-member deals. Use protected payment methods and check references before sending money or cards.
- 4. No spam or self-promotion floods
Sharing your collection is great; repeatedly posting store links or ads is not.
- 5. Keep it legal and family-friendly
No counterfeit cards, stolen goods, or content that isn't suitable for younger collectors.
- 6. Official announcements come from us
Only posts from the official Zardo Cards accounts represent the store. If someone claims to be us, verify against the links on this page.

Where can I talk with other Zardo Cards customers?
Our official community lives on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok — follow the links above. We don't run a Discord server or Reddit community at this time, so any you find are unofficial and not moderated by us.
How do I know an account is really Zardo Cards?
Only the accounts linked on this page are official. We will never message you first asking for payment, gift cards or your password.
Can I share photos of my order?
Yes — we love seeing deliveries! Tag @zardocardstcg and we may repost your photo on our official channels.
Where do I get help with an order?
Community channels aren't monitored for order support. Use the Track Your Order page or email support@zardocardstcg.com for anything about a purchase.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — eligible sealed products get cart-wide volume pricing from 5% off at 10 eligible units up to 25% off at 250+. See the Wholesale page for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, and it's free on orders of $7,500 USD or more (up to 200 kg). The Shipping page has the full details.
