Do you offer Pokémon TCG wholesale pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically per product: 5% off at 10+ units up to 22% off at 150+ units of the same product. For case or mixed bulk orders, submit an inquiry for current bulk pricing and availability.
Who can purchase in bulk?
Anyone — retailers, resellers, collectors, breakers and other buyers. No account approval or minimum order is needed for volume pricing.
Do you sell to TCG stores?
Yes. Local TCG stores and hobby stores can order online or submit a wholesale inquiry.
Do you sell to online retailers?
Yes. Online stores can order directly or request bulk pricing.
Can collectors place bulk orders?
Yes. Volume pricing applies to everyone based on quantity per product.

What information should I provide for a wholesale inquiry?
Your name, email, country, business type, the products you're interested in and an approximate quantity. A business name, website and message help us respond accurately.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final except approved cases of incorrect or damaged items. Opened sealed products aren't eligible for ordinary refunds, and customized or altered products can't be refunded.
What happens if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Submit a claim within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos or other supporting proof. Returns must be approved before anything is sent back.
